global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>At ONG Toki, we understand environmental care as a profound cultural responsibility, working to serve as a bridge between ancestral Rapa Nui wisdom and the sustainable solutions of the present.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We promote ecological education rooted in identity, and we act as agents of change\nin the protection of the territory and the island\u2019s self-sufficiency.<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, we carry out practical workshops and talks at Toki, in schools, and in\ncommunity organizations, fostering reflection on Rapa Nui, the island\u2019s condition as\none of the world\u2019s seven major waste vortexes, and the need to serve as an example\nfor the world.<\/p>\n<p>Collaboration with specialized organizations in this field is key. El primero era un encuentro que buscaba soluciones a las problem\u00e1ticas a trav\u00e9s de la innovaci\u00f3n, vinculando al mundo privado, p\u00fablico y emprendedores. El segundo por su parte ten\u00eda como prop\u00f3sito acelerar la transformaci\u00f3n cultural &#8211; a trav\u00e9s de una acci\u00f3n global &#8211; para lograr el Desarrollo Sostenible, inspirando una conciencia masiva, visibilizando la acci\u00f3n colectiva, celebrando la colaboraci\u00f3n y destacando la importancia de avanzar hacia una soberan\u00eda alimentaria.<\/p>\n<p><b>Education in food sovereignty and water use<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tokirapanui.org\/en\/agroecologia-2\/\" title=\"https:\/\/tokirapanui.org\/agroecologia-2\/\">Through ecological gardens, training programs, and ancestral gardens,<\/a><\/strong><\/span>we\nstrengthen our connection with the land.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<b>The first Sustainable Biotecture Earthship School of Music and Arts in Latin America and\nOceania:<br \/>\n<\/b><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tokirapanui.org\/en\/construccion-sustentable\/\" title=\"https:\/\/tokirapanui.org\/construccion-sustentable\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> Built using waste materials and clean energy, it was awarded the National Environmental Award <\/span><\/a><\/strong>for its vision.
